SNACKSHOP.COM Shipping & Return Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $40 You go right ahead and load up on all of the snacks your heart desires, you know you want to.  Who doesn't love FREE shipping?! 

Fast delivery to the 48 contiguous United States.  SNACKSHOP.COM does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. 

SNACKSHOP.COM will only deliver to a physical address.  At the moment, FedEx requires a physical address to make a delivery.  No deliveries will be made to a PO Box or an APO address.

SNACKSHOP.COM shipping charges are based on discounted FedEx carrier rates that are passed right to the snacking connoisseur. 

There are a few factors that influence the cost of shipping:

Shipping Weight this includes all items that are being shipped as well as any gel packs to keep your candy cool, air pillows or Kraft paper inserts that keep the product from being shifted and bruised inside the box during the shipping process. 

The Size (or Dimensions) of the Package We ensure that your candy and snacks arrive in delectable edible condition, we do not overstuff boxes. We also try to keep packages lighter than 30 pounds, so that you can easily and swiftly carry your loot into your home; without hurting yourself or your snacks. 

Number of Packages  If you purchase a lot of snacks, because c'mon who doesn't LOVE snacks?!  It may be likely that you will receive more than one package delivered to your location.  Again, for your snacking enjoyment we do not overstuff the boxes, we’ll add a second box to safely ship your snacks.  

The Destination Address Our snack selection may be shipped to multiple places to 48 contiguous United States.  Like an airplane ticket, the further away from home you go, the more expensive the ticket might be.  All orders over $60, will receive FREE SHIPPING. Take advantage of this snacking generosity!  

TO OBTAIN A SHIPPING QUOTE:

To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "shopping cart" and then “check out”. The first stage of checkout is where you enter the shipping address and choose a shipping method. SNACKSHOP.COM offers FedEx Ground, 2 Business Day, and 1 Business day shipping-options to all our customers who place orders to be shipped in the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that regardless of the shipping method you selected, SNACKSHOP.COM requires up to 2 additional business days to process your order before the carrier picks up your snacks.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING (SHIPPING TO WARM LOCATIONS):

Let's face it, no one likes chocolate soup - unless you like chocolate fondue! Chocolate, gummies, and other confectionery products don't like to sit in heat for long periods of time. During the hot-weather period, SNACKSHOP.COM reserves the right to hold all shipments from being processed from our warehouse on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure that packages do not sit in a non-temperature-controlled shipping warehouse over the weekend. If your package is held for this reason, we will have it shipped from the warehouse on the following business day.

Please be note that we do not ship out orders with Ice Packs on Thursdays or Fridays, since FedEx does not deliver to all locations on Saturdays and Sundays.

SNACKSHOP.COM does not accept any returns for any reason.

We are happy to replace product that has been lost or damaged.  Please reach out to support@snackshop.com and we will be happy to assist you.
