Do I need to create an account?

No, you can continue to check out as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you do set up an account. By doing so, you will have access to previous order, and can obtain tracking information on shipments.

Is there a minimum order that I need to place?

There is no minimum to place an order on snackshop.com. You have the freedom, to order as little or as much as your sweet and salty tooth desires. Remember, for all orders over $40; we will pick up the shipping costs.

Can I rush my snackshop.com order?

For customers that just can’t wait for their snacks - well, we don't blame you! Please contact customer service at support@snackshop.com before placing your order to discuss options available for rush delivery. Please keep in mind that snackshop.com may require up to 2 additional business days to process your order before the carrier picks up the items. FedEx does not conduct standard business on either Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping) the actual delivery date may differ from the Estimated Scheduled Delivery Date as found on the Tracking confirmation email. For example: A packaged shipped via "Next Day" leaving our warehouse on a Friday for San Diego, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. Will you ship my snack order in warmer weather?

Absolutely! Let's face it, no one likes chocolate soup - unless you like chocolate fondue! Chocolate, gummies, and other confectionery products don't like to sit in heat for long periods of time. During the hot-weather period, SNACKSHOP.COM reserves the right to hold all shipments from being processed from our warehouse on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure that packages do not sit in a non-temperature-controlled shipping warehouse over the weekend. If your package is held for this reason, we will have it shipped from the warehouse on the following business day.

Can you ship to a PO Box or APO addresses?

Currently FedEx requires a physical address to make a delivery. No deliveries will be made to PO Box or APO addresses.

Why does the shipped package weigh more than the snacks I purchased?

To ensure that your candy arrives in excellent condition, we take the utmost care to package the products securely with cooling gel packs, air pillows, packing peanuts, and/or packing paper. Therefore, any packaging material and insets added into the box may make the package heavier.

If I place my order today, when should I expect my delivery?

We teleport your snacks to you. Nah, in all seriousness, the speed of the delivery depends on how the order was shipped and the destination to where it was shipped. Snackshop.com processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. If you have selected a Ground shipping method, your delivery is between 3-5 business days once it has been picked up by the carrier. If you have selected a faster shipping method, your estimated delivery may be sooner. In general, please give up to two weeks and plan accordingly for the delivery. Why is shipping more expensive than the snacks I am purchasing?

Though Snackshop.com passes all the savings directly to the customer, sometimes shipping seems expensive. Shipping costs for any carrier rely heavily on three factors: the weight of the box (the heavier the package, the more expensive the cost), the destination of the package (the further away from the East Coast to ship, the more expensive the cost), and the speed of the service (the faster to deliver the package, the more expensive it may be.

Am I able to include delivery instructions for FedEx?

We understand that customers may want the package delivered to a specific location at their residence or during a set time when they are available for convenience. At this moment, we are unable to relay these messages directly to FedEx. If you have a request, please contact FedEx Customer Care (1-800-GO-FEDEX) with your tracking number, and a care agent may be able to assist you with your request.

Please contact customer service immediately if you have received a package that contains melted candy. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery of package. Photos will be requested

The tracking number says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it. Help!

Please check all surrounding doors at your location, sometimes the carrier leaves it at the door they think is the appropriate location. Sometimes, the carrier may also leave the package at the front desk of a building. If you are still unable to location your delivery, please have your tracking number handy and call FedEx (1-800-Go-Fedex). A FedEx representative will be able to speak with the delivery driver to inquiry where the package was left.
